Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will process your refund with 3 business days. Your bank may take up to 7 days to show the refund in your account.
Items purchased on sale are not refundable, unfortunately.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@gochromaly.com.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Chromaly Print Shop is not responsible for customer errors such as incorrect file submissions, typos, or selecting the wrong product size or options. We provide proof(s) for your approval before printing and offer recommendations to help you ensure your order is correct. Please review your proof carefully before approving it.
